The lecture explores some key concepts for resource sharing and presents various tools and good practices useful in the daily work of librarians. The lecturers: C. Lomba is the head of the interlibrary loan service at the library of the University of Cantabria (Spain) and G. Colombo works as a librarian at the scientific library of the University of Insubria and is a volunteer in Hermes project. Since 2021 they are both members of the IFLA Document Delivery and Resource Sharing (DDRS) Standing Committee.
