This dataset contains preprints related to the research activities of the COST Action CA21169. These works represent preliminary findings and have been already associated with a DOI on external data repositories for identification purposes. However, it is important to note that the presence of a DOI does not imply official publication, peer review, or guaranteed quality; these preprints are shared to foster collaboration and early access to scientific insights.

The collection spans contributions from all working groups (WG1–WG4), reflecting the interdisciplinary and collaborative spirit of the COST Action. Topics include theoretical modeling, statistical and computational analyses, experimental validation, and dissemination of knowledge across diverse domains of biological information systems.
