This dataset is dedicated to software tools, computational frameworks, scripts, and codebases developed within the COST Action CA21169 - DYNALIFE. It includes contributions from all four working groups (WGs), each focusing on different aspects of biological information processing, modeling, and data analysis. These software resources support theoretical modeling, statistical validation, bioinformatics applications, and interdisciplinary collaboration, facilitating the exploration and understanding of biological coding systems and information flow.
